COMMISSION INFO

How does this work?
  1. Click on the link of the commission form you can find above. All the information that is described here on this page is also in the commission form. Please read through it carefully and then fill out the form. Once you've hit send, you'll receive an automatic e-mail that your request has been sent successfully.

  2. After that, I'll require you to pay a small non-refundable deposit of €10 to my PayPal. The purpose of this deposit is to protect me from scammers, while simultaneously being the payment for the Rough Sketch. The Rough Sketch is the first stage of every commission, no matter what you choose. This deposit is already taken into consideration in my price list - see the Price List section for further info.

  3. Once I have received this deposit, we’ll discuss further details about your commission, for example, further wishes which came to mind after you’ve sent the commission form.

  4. I’ll then create the Rough Sketch and send it to you. Like I said, has already been paid for with the deposit and will be subtracted from the final price. If you are happy with the sketch, we’ll discuss all the important Details revolving around your commission.

  5. Such details entail, for example, the specific wishes of the commission and how the final product should look like, the deadline/length of the commission process, the final price, etc. All of this is included in the Art Commission Agreement, which I will send to you. In this agreement, I’ll ask you for information like your full legal name, address and e-mail. This information solely serves the purpose of being a security measurement in case of fraud, theft, etc. Normally, this shouldn’t come to pass, but I’m required to have this information, in case it does. Please read the Art Commission Agreement very thoroughly, so no misunderstandings happen. Further information on this, you’ll find further below, in the Art Commission Agreement section.

  6. I’ll then ask you to please sign this agreement and send it back to me. What follows is the transfer of the full payment to my Paypal account. The amount is based on your choice of commission, which we’ll have discussed prior.

  7. Once I have received the payment, I'll get to work on your request. Throughout the process, I‘ll keep you updated on the process with pictures!

  8. Once it's finished, I’ll send you a final piece with a watermark on it, waiting for your approval. And once approved, I’ll send you the final art piece without the watermark! You will receive this as a PNG-file.

As of now, all of my works are purely digital. Prints are not yet available, but I'm definitely looking into that.

You'll find links to the Commission Form, my paypal and the Art Commission Agreement at the bottom of this page.

What about revisions?

You may request as many revisions as you like at any point during the process. However, depending on the number of revisions and what specifically you want changed, I might charge extra. The first 3 revisions are free, and a few very small changes are fine as well. Revision requests which require a lot of effort, and things like general design and style changes after the Lineart stage will definitely cost you. So please, make the description of your commission as clear and detailed as possible, so you‘ll get exactly what you want and won‘t have to worry about additional costs!

How long will it take?

The time I need for a commission strongly depends on the type of commission, and my personal well-being. So, depending on how my chronic pain influences my working hours, I may be able to finish your commission sooner, or later than expected. Obviously, I’m giving my very best to avoid delays. For this reason, I’ve already included the possibility of delays in the working time on commissions, to avoid complications. Nevertheless, it’s usually the case that your commission will be done sooner.

Your Commission in my Portfolio and Social Media

I will ask if I can post your piece on social media during the process and when it's finished, and if I may include it in my portfolio. You‘re completely free to agree to this or decline, if you don‘t want your comission shared. Whatever you decide, you can always change your mind at any time - just send me a message!
