If you make a commission request, I will only collect your given information (e-mail and name or username) for the duration of working on your commission. This information will be collected in Google Forms and Gmail. If you requested to communicate over social media instead of via e-mail, your username of that social media app/website will also be collected for the duration of the commission. After sending you the final piece, I will delete your request, mails, chats, e-mail adress name and username from my accounts. If you have given me permission to post the commission on social media and add it to my portfolio, I will add your preferred name and/or username to the description of the artwork, if you allow me to do so. If you don't want your name displayed, you may give me permission to credit you as anonymous. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time, to having your name, username, and/or the commission artwork itself displayed on any social media platform and/or in my portfolio.
