Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court of Austria and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree to indemnify Fehhie Art and its affiliates and hold Fehhie Art harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on Liability

Fehhie Art is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Fehhie Art reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes on our Updates subpage. This Agreement is an understanding between Fehhie Art and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.

• Deposits are required before I can start working on your commission.

• Deposits are non-refundable after the Rough Sketch has been sent.

• An abundance of revisions and big design changes after the Lineart phase will be charged extra. The amount depends on the amount and type of revisions.

• I reserve the right to decline any commission and will refund your deposit if I cannot accept your commission request.

• You have the right to decline me posting your commissioned art work on my social media and can retract your consent at anytime.

• These commissions are for private use only. The selling of the designs created and otherwise commercial use thereof (in company Logos, on Flyers, on the company website, etc.) is prohibited.

• You are receiving a digital product, not a physical print.
